From our location in Mallorca, we have developed clear product specifications for the cultivation and processing of our raw materials. They are based on the highest EU standards – in terms of varietal purity, traceability, food safety, and sustainability. These specifications form the basis for our entire product line. Based on our experience with traditional Mallorcan almond varieties such as Jordi, Guarim, and Duranet, we transfer these standards to our partner companies in Spain and West Africa. This creates a uniform quality basis – regardless of the product's country of origin.

Our product specifications clearly define how our products are cultivated, processed, and controlled – aligned with the requirements of the European market. They form the basis for all projects we manage outside of Mallorca.
FOCUS WEST AFRICA
Spain's geographical location makes it an important interface between African agriculture and the European market. We place a particular focus on West Africa. There, we work with local producers to adapt our product specifications to regional varieties and growing conditions. The goal is to develop the products so that they meet European requirements and can be introduced to the market.
