The starting point
One quality baseline, regardless of origin.
From our base in Mallorca we have developed clear product specifications for the cultivation and processing of our raw materials. They follow the highest EU standards in terms of varietal purity, traceability, food safety and sustainability. These specifications form the basis of our entire product line.
Building on our experience with traditional Mallorcan almond varieties such as Jordi, Guarim and Duranet, we transfer these standards to our partner farms in Spain and West Africa. In this way we create one uniform quality baseline, regardless of the country the goods come from.

Two levers, one benchmark.
West Africa in focus
Spain's geographical position makes the country an important interface between African agriculture and the European market. We place a particular focus on West Africa. There we work with local producers to transfer our product specifications to regional varieties and growing conditions. The aim is to develop the products so that they meet European requirements and can be introduced to the market.
