Why we do research
Water is the limiting factor, not the land.
Mediterranean almond growing is under pressure: longer dry spells, heavier rainfall events, compacted soils. Anyone who wants to farm here long term has to start with water.
That is why research is not a side project for us but part of cultivation itself. Whatever proves itself on our own fields, we pass on to our partner farms.
