The harvest

What sets our almonds apart from commodity goods.

Our almonds are not bought in. They grow on the fields of our finca at the foot of the Randa mountains, we farm them ourselves and we harvest them ourselves. Whatever goes into the bag, we saw on the tree first.

This harvest holds old Mallorcan varieties: Jordi, Guarim and Duranet. These are not names from the standard list. They are varieties adapted over generations to the island's climate and soils, and they almost fell victim to the industrial switch in cultivars. We propagate them because they can do something modern high-yield varieties cannot.

The soil makes the difference. The earth at the foot of the Randa mountains is ferrous and mineral-rich, that characteristic red found all over Mallorca wherever almonds have grown for centuries. Together with the sun-drenched sites and the deeply rooted old varieties, this produces a markedly more intense aroma than the internationally common standard varieties.

The 2026 harvest comes to 250 kilograms. That is not a marketing figure but simply what our trees carried this year. There is no more, and nothing follows until the next harvest.

Why there is a waiting list

250 kilograms go faster than you would think.

We only sell what our own trees produce. At this volume, a shop that eventually just says "sold out" would satisfy nobody.

So we are gathering those interested first. As soon as prices, shipping and bagging are settled, we contact everyone on the list, in the order they signed up. Only then do sales go public.

The bags

Two sizes.

Both from the same harvest and the same fields. The only difference is the quantity.

200 g

The small bag

To get to know them, and to give away. Enough to taste the difference without laying in a supply.

400 g

The large bag

For those who already know what they want. The better ratio of contents to shipping cost, particularly for delivery to Germany.

Prices, shipping costs and the full product labelling come with the notification when sales open.

Waiting list

Secure your share of the harvest.

Sign up without obligation. You will be the first to know when sales open, what the bags cost and how shipping works.

Desired quantity *

Non-binding. It helps us allocate the limited harvest.
